STAFF RESOURCE MANAGER | Office to be located in Crete or Fairbury depending on applicant hired


Position Summary: A 40 hour/week position responsible for overseeing assigned center supervisors in our Head Start/Early Head Start Centers to ensure that center operations are effectively and efficiently managed and meet the Head Start Performance standards, state licensing and organizations policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Supervisory skills required.

Position Summary: A 40 hour/week position to assist families in fostering their children’s development and achieving family goals by conducting home visits to prenatal mothers, parents and children 0-5years of age. Hours over the summer are reduced depending case load.
