Blue Valley Community Action Partnership Scholarship
“Look where I was, look where I am now!”

Back to Programs and Services

The Blue Valley Community Action Partnership Scholarship programs began in 1996. They were originally a special project for BVCA Partnership's 30th Anniversary Celebration. Over the years, the programs have expanded, but the original intent remains the same — to provide area residents the opportunity to obtain a college degree.

This page is meant to provide initial guidance on the application process. To obtain an official application, you may either download a pdf file from this site, call our home office (402.729.2278) or email us. Note: Statements on the application take precedence over information posted online.
