Who is Eligible?
- Children ages 3 to 5 years old
- Must be 3 years old and not age-eligible for kindergarten
- Must be income-eligible. Limited slots are available for over-income families
- Children in foster care, are homeless, or receiving specific public assistance are automatically eligible
