Medicaid Vaccines for Children (VFC) and Private Vaccines are offered in Butler, Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson, Polk, Saline, Seward, Thayer and York Counties. All clients must make an appointment and have their insurance eligibility confirmed prior to receiving any vaccines. Walk-ins are NOT accepted at this time. Please bring your insurance card to each visit.

Please bring your Nebraska Medicaid card, along with your Medicaid Managed Care insurance card. Blue Valley Community Action Partnership will need to verify the individual’s current Medicaid eligibility prior to administering any vaccines.

Fillmore County Rural Transit Services is a county-wide transportation service within and out-of-the-county. it is available for a small fee for general public, with priority given to elderly and handicapped residents.
We sell clothing, household, and other miscellaneous items donated by the general public at thrift stores for the general public.
WIC is the nation’s most successful public health nutrition program. We provide healthy food, nutrition education, and community support to income-eligible pregnant women, mothers of infants, and children up to 5 years old.
We distribute donated perishable and non-perishable food, household items, and paper products, distributed to families and individuals in emergency situations. Several centers receive donations of USDA food from the Lincoln Food Bank.
All scholarships will be in the amount of $1,000 and can be used for tuition, books and fees associated with enrollment. Three scholarships will be awarded.
