Medicaid Vaccines for Children (VFC) and Private Vaccines are offered in Fillmore, Jefferson, Saline and Seward Counties. All clients must make an appointment and have their insurance eligibility confirmed prior to receiving any vaccines. Walk-ins are NOT accepted at this time. Please bring your insurance card to each visit.
A voluntary service for families and individuals needing support with resources or services which will help them thrive and avoid becoming involved in formal government systems. This includes single and two parent families with children 18 years of age and younger who are residing with them; pregnant or parenting youth/young adults; or young adults without children 19 to 24 years of age.
This is a framework of programs and services helping older unconnected youth voluntarily transition successfully into adulthood. It includes gap funding for essential services or resources.
